FREE ESTIMATES
We will provide you with a free estimate on all products and services that we offer. Just gives a call, email, fax or the best option...come and visit us with your approximate window sizes and we will gladly give you a quote based on quantities and sizes given on product selection. These quotes can be given verbally or prepared on a proper quotation form. This ensures that the products that you are shopping for can be compared properly prior to us coming out, or by you making your purchase. No high pressured selling techniques, no commissions to be paid. We will provide you with the best possible price for the best available products.
RESIDENTIAL CONSULTATIONS
Centennial Decorating Centre will provide an in-home consultation to create and advise your own distinct design for all your rooms in your home. A fee of $50.00 per hour will cover basic consultation of window treatment designs, colour coordination, and provide furniture placement to achieve the best flow and design for your home.
All factors should be addressed prior to the beginning an interior design project. Size and colour of new furniture, the relocation of existing furniture, new flooring and wall colour. Wall colour has to be the least expensive project that will result in a huge transformation of any room. Many paints and painters can become expensive when the wrong colour is selected, therefore the consultation fee will alleviate this costly mistake.
COMMERCIAL CONSULTATIONS
Centennial Decorating Centre will come into your office or facility with a selection of window coverings that will help you make your decision of window coverings easier while keeping in mind with your budget. There is no fee associated with this consultation.
MEASURING
Professional measuring is available at a flat fee of $50.00. This fee is fully refundable once your order has been placed. We can measure your windows and provide you with a verbal or written estimate for your consideration.
INSTALLATION
Is available for all your custom made window covering needs. Our experienced in-house installer of 25 years will come into your home or office to perform this sometimes difficult task that will provide a perfectly measured and installed treatment.
A fee of $150.00 will cover basic installation for most orders within the Hamilton-Burlington areas. Whether you purchase 1 or more blinds the fee remains the same.
Automated shades will be covered with the basic installation fee, although a licensed electrician may be required if electrical hook-ups are not available. This additional cost will be at the clients expense, and is solely the clients responsibility to contract this service.
All Shutters include installation with frames due to the complexity of installation. We do have a minimum purchase of $600.00 to avoid paying an additional fee of $150.00.
BLIND CLEANING & REPAIRS
Centennial Decorating Centre offers professional blind cleaning service for the smallest home to the largest corporate office . Rest assured, knowing your blinds will be handled with meticulous care by trained technicians.
